Strip Shows In Rural Villages, Chinese Netizen Reactions

0
A village strip show in China.

A poster makes sarcastic comments to female strippers imploring them to “be firm to their ideals” as he posts crude and blurry pictures of an equally crude strip tease show that appears to take place in a small Chinese village. Chinese netizens react with sarcastic comments regarding it as the result of a “harmonious” society while other netizens are shocked and ashamed, and still others point out that this is a common practice, so much so that young children appear to be attending the strip tease.
From Sina:

Who is Going to Come Do Something ABout These Low Class Performances in the Villages?

The Beijing Public Security Specialist Office has made a sudden attack upon the night clubs of the city and this would be the final nail in the coffin for many of these entertainment venues. In this one moment the pornography industry became extremely scared from within, and as seen from the outside appears to have disappeared from sight. However, the business of this trade can not be temporarily eased as this is just scratching the surface because the real reason for the decline of clubs in Beijing is that the entertainers of these establishment have already found a new location for their source of revenue. It isn’t here, and it isn’t over there, but I think it will be approximately somewhere in the middle–with the city and country combined, or maybe a remotely located village. Only just recently the internet has exposed a photo gallery in which we are surprised to discover that this type of entertainment worker has already been successful in invading the last virgin territory of China, that being the peasants’ home in which they can now genuinely enjoy the entertainment and lifestyle of the city. This point just goes to show the significant repercussions it will have upon the peasants’ XX entertainment level and after school culture and way of life, we should should inform using various media so that everywhere in the country this becomes universally known. For Beijing to be the center and the base of operations is to do things slowly and surely and step by step; that is to say, it wants to gradually insert a red flag upon every village gate in the nation. However, these villages have a constant practice of adopting every great idea that comes from the city. Throughout the course of these events the entertainment workers have not been exempt from receiving criticism nor suppression. However, to the vast majority of these entertainment workers I implore: you are the much needed vast number of laborers , you need strong peasants to support you, you need to develop and not be scared of sacrificing yourselves. Don’t be afraid of bleeding in battle for it is a glorious Red Army tradition, and you should earnestly implement the army’s policy of “The enemy advances, I retreat; the enemy camps, I harass; the enemy retreats, I follow; the enemy is weary, I attack”. You must be firm to your ideals! This victory will inevitably belong to us, Allah be with you! See here, do you want to see what the pretty city girls do in the villages? In this way they will unexpectedly receive your support. I’ve heard that these strip shows are real, yes?

Police Raid “Prostitution Street”, Netizens Not Impressed.....

0

A prostitution street in Zhejiang Haining has been shut down. Happy.

June 8th, Zhejiang [province] Haining City Public Safety Bureau in collaboration with the City Council coordinated more than 20 officers from the Shu Cun and Guang Chao police departments. With the cooperation of the Nan Fan police department, they used five different routes to bust an entire street of ‘beauty parlors’.
Police bust several "beauty parlors" in Zhejiang, China.
The street is located between the cities of Haining and Lingping. Recently, the large inflow of immigrant workers has made it prosperous. The broad Yandong Street runs from north to south. Most of the shops along the street are two-stories tall and sell construction materials. However, in front of the health centers and massage parlors wedged in between, young girls with heavy makeup and scant clothing show off their bare legs, tempting those passing by with their sultry gaze.

After more than a week of undercover investigation, local police conducted the raid.

According to law enforcement, the “beauty street” has been around for some time, and has been a negative influence in the area. Although the police underwent previous operations, those in the area are very mobile and tend to reestablish themselves quickly.

The cooperation between the police departments this time hoped to overwhelm them and make the street completely disappear. As of right now this case is under further investigation.

Police Parade & Force Dongguan Prostitute To Kneel In Public....

0
An arrested Chinese prostitute in Dongguan, China being forced to kneel while paraded around as punishment.

From Xinhuanet:

Prostitute paraded, how can the police bear to do this?

In August of this year, the Sanzhong police station of Qingxi town in Dongguan city publicised photos of a prostitution suspect, which sparked heated debate. This was not an isolated case: recently, the Xishan branch of the Kunming Public Security Bureau kicked off a wide ranging initiative against places of entertainment. On the same night, a photo of a kneeling woman spread online and became a heated topic of discussion. Many netizens thought that the police had been too “violent” in their enforcement of the law, and called for prostitutes to be afforded proper respect. (October 26 “Hua Sheng Zai Xian [voc.com.cn]“)
[..]
Streetwalkers indeed damage the city’s image, and the police cracking down on them is reasonable and legal. But, what must be acknowledged is that these prostitutes aren’t doing these kind of things completely voluntarily. a lot of them are forced to do it by their situation. Let me ask this: What rich family’s daughter would go to the side of the road to solicit customers? Of course, those lazy women who turn to prostitution out of laziness are another story.
But, going back, no matter what, prostitutes are still citizens, and although they’ve broken the law, their basic rights should be respected. Parading them around on the streets, and publicising their personal details is a breach of their privacy. Although in this day and age there are still some that continue the practice of kneeling, it’s still hard to be sure if they willingly do it or are forced to. But from the pictures online, it’s very likely that the woman in question was made to kneel. You can see from the photo that her hands are tied behind her back, and there are some police behind her making her get down.
On the gates of many Public Security Bureaus, we can see the words “Strictly Enforce the Law, Enthusiastically Serve the People” in big letters. It can’t be denied that as society develops, law enforcement has become more civilised, but, most unfortunately, sometimes we still see some uncivilised actions committed in the enforcement of the law. The police need to continually strive to improve their basic quality, and the media needs to further its supervision of them.

Pretty TV Reporter Attacked By Shandong Village Official

0

From NetEase:
You may have seen the news reports that I made about the chopping of trees in Niujia Village, Lihe town, Dezhou/Linyi city during which I was shoved around by the village director.
Yesterday, the village director and other local government officials came to Qilu TV Station to apologize.  The village director also said that he has repaired the outhouse destroyed by the fallen trees and paid compensation.
So I thought that this was how the issue was resolved.  Since they apologized sincerely and I had no personal stake, this was good enough for the villagers.
But I was angry when I found out from villagers that the TV news program was scheduled to run at 6pm, but the Linyi government cut off the signal to Qilu TV at 5:55pm and restored it only at 9pm!
Also, the village director lied when he said that he repaired the outhouse.  Up to this moment, the village director has neither apologized to the villagers nor repaired the outhouse.
Now I am really angry!  What is this!?  Did he come to apologize just to make the TV station not report the case anymore?  How can this kind of village director do anything good for the villagers?
So this case is not finished.  I will go back to that village and help the villagers win their rights back!
So let us take a look at the village director who hit me — Tan Zhuanhe.

It was like this: I walked out of the village government office and he was there waiting for me.  I told him that I was going to the village with him.  He said fiercely: “Go, let’s go to the village!”  I asked, “What kind of attitude is that?”  Suddenly he swung his fist and hit me in the temple.  I was stunned.  I reacted and yelled: “What are you doing!”
He raised his hand and slapped me.  Here is the moment captured by the camera (note: which is about 3 minutes into the YouKu video)..

china-village-official-attacks-tv-reporter-02
Then he let a man wearing a t-shirt grab the camera in order to shut it off.  My cameraman Wang Xiaolong hung on to the equipment, but that man snatched off the battery.  During this period, the village director grabbed my throat and punched me twice again.  He was later stopped by another village cadre.
During this episode, the town government party secretary named Ying stood on the side and watched with arms akimbo.  He did not intercede.  When I asked secretary Ying for help, he turned around and walked away.
I thought that this affair was over.  But when I learned that they cut off the Qilu TV signal and neither apologized to nor compensated the villagers, I decided to struggle all the way with this Linyi village director!

Foto Bugil Pre Wedding Pengantin Sedang Populer di China

0

Demikian disebutkan Shanghai Daily, akhir pekan lalu.

(AFP/Joe) Kompas Cetak

Ratusan Pekerja Asal Cina Masuk Islam Setelah Mendapat Hidayah

0

With the eyes of the entire world on the Football World Cup, in South Africa, local authorities from Changsha, China had to come up with something better, yet related to current events.

And what’s better than football? Mud football, played by barely dressed gorgeous models, of course. So they set up a small football pitch, filled it with mud, brought in models from various Chinese cities, and got the Beauty Mud Cup 2010 under way. In the photos below, teams from Hunan and Hubei go head to head, in one of the first matches of the competition. I don’t know the score, and neither do most of the male spectators who resumed to roars and cheers every time any of the girls kicked the ball through the mud.
